Chocolate Fudge Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS

  1. 140g  soft butter
  2. 140g  golden caster sugar
  3. 3 Eggs
  4. 100g  self raising flour
  5. 25g  cocoa
  •  Topping
    1. 85g  chocolate
    2. 85g soft butter
    3. 140g icing sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Tip all ingredients into a mxing bowl and beat together
  2. Divide into cases
  3. Cook at oven temperature 190/170c for 12/15 mins and cool
  • Topping
    1. Melt chocolate and add creamed butter/sugar
    2. Spread over cupcakes
    3. Decorate with yoguart or choc raisins
