Chocolate Fudge Cupcakes
INGREDIENTS
- 140g soft butter
- 140g golden caster sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 100g self raising flour
- 25g cocoa
- Topping

- 85g chocolate
- 85g soft butter
- 140g icing sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
- Tip all ingredients into a mxing bowl and beat together
- Divide into cases
- Cook at oven temperature 190/170c for 12/15 mins and cool
- Topping
- Melt chocolate and add creamed butter/sugar
- Spread over cupcakes
- Decorate with yoguart or choc raisins
