Crunchy Pistachio Bars
INGREDIENTS
- 240g pistachio kernels
- 2tbs Maple syrup
- 1tsp ground cardamon
- 50g dark choc melted
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven 180/160 deg fan
- Mix pistachios, cardamom, maple syrup and add a pinch of salt
- Put in lined kaing tin
- Bake for 15/17 mins
- Cool, cut into bars and drizzle chocolate on top
