Crunchy Pistachio Bars

INGREDIENTS

  1. 240g  pistachio kernels
  2. 2tbs Maple syrup
  3. 1tsp ground cardamon
  4. 50g dark choc melted

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven 180/160 deg fan
  2. Mix pistachios, cardamom, maple syrup and add a pinch of salt
  3. Put in lined kaing tin
  4. Bake for 15/17 mins
  5. Cool, cut into bars and drizzle chocolate on top
