Amaretto Biscuits
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Egg whites
- 170g Organic Caster Sugar
- 170g Organic Ground Almonds
- 15g amaretto liqueur
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 170c
- In a large bowl beat the egg whites until firm.
- Mix the sugar and almonds gently into it.
- Add the amaretto liqueur gently until it is a smooth paste.
- Place some baking paper on a baking tray and brush with butter.
- Using a teaspoon place small heaps 2 cm apart.
- Bake for 15 minutes
