Amaretto Biscuits

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2 Egg whites
  2. 170g Organic Caster Sugar
  3. 170g Organic Ground Almonds
  4. 15g amaretto liqueur

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 170c
  2. In a large bowl beat the egg whites until firm.
  3. Mix the sugar and almonds gently into it.
  4. Add the amaretto liqueur gently until it is a smooth paste.
  5. Place some baking paper on a baking tray and brush with butter.
  6. Using a teaspoon place small heaps 2 cm apart.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes
